Hello!

We are all in this together. One of my favorite quotes is by Ram Dass_ “We’re all just walking each other home”.

I love this.

Life is a crazy journey full of so many twists and turns that it may not always feel like we know where we are going or what we are doing. It is scary and overwhelming and beautiful and excruciating- sometimes all at the same time.

That is a lot.

I believe that through connection and vulnerability we have the ability to be there for one another. Sometimes we have to let others keep us on our feet when we don’t think we have the strength to continue. With this, one thing that I have found is that ‘this too shall pass’. Before we know it we are the ones providing the solid footing for another. In a world that is breathtakingly complex, we have to show up for each other.
